Manning the Open Line
You will be able to speak with volunteers and with Yotzim about the difficulties that may occur while leaving the Haredi world, the problems in adjustment to the modern society and the support given to the Yotzim by Hillel.
Personal relation between the volunteer and the Yotze
The accompaniment involves a personal relation between the volunteer and the Yotze and also having an adoptive family for those who have no place to spend the weekends and for lone soldiers.
Social life
The members of Hillel are gathering together for Friday night dinners, traveling on weekends, going together to cultural events and participating in the activities in the 2 branches of Hillel.
Education
Education counseling, private lessons and granting education scholarships to Yotzim who want to complete their matriculation certificate and wish to proceed with their studies.
Military Service
Preparation for military service, accompaniment and support during the service.
Moral Support
Hillel offers the Yotzim support groups and individual support.
Leadership
Little by little, the Yotzim learn to trust their abilities and start to help the new Yotzim.
Accommodation
The Yotzim get counseling and help in search for accommodation. |
